The carpenters' department is the largest in the factory. But there are also talented carvers who are quite busy, because we create carved elements from natural wood and do not go down to the paste or polymer materials.
Carving is a very delicate, time-consuming and responsible process, because one wrong move - and the workpiece may become unsuitable for further processing.
Each carved element is unique, so depending on the radius and depth of the slot you need to use different tools, and each master creates his own cutters. The number of unique cutters from one specialist can reach 100 pieces!
Woodcarving skills are achieved through years of hard work, and many of our employees have worked in the factory for over 10 years, and we continue to select the best young guys each year from those who have internships in our industry. Of course, at the beginning of their career, apprentices do not receive difficult tasks, but behind each of them is a teacher who helps and leads him on a difficult path to true mastery.
Quality control
Quality control in our carpentry industry is carried out in many stages, but the most important of them is dry assembly, when the finished elements are assembled together, which ensures that all elements are made correctly and perfectly suited to each other. At the dry assembly stage, we inspect not only small joinery products, such as bedside tables, but also offices, kitchens and even stairs.
Also at this stage, we test the fittings to calculate in advance the possible shortage and replace it at the factory. After passing all inspections, the products are disassembled and sent for grinding and finishing.
