He passed many secrets to my father Yuri Ivanovich, but since his vocation was teaching, the family business remained at the level of craftsmanship in the garage. After the proclamation of independent Ukraine, I, as a patriot of my village, decided to run for the post of chairman of the newly created village council and was elected. Having established the processes in the village, he decided to go further and seek his vocation. I started to work with bees and it turned out quite successfully, but my soul longed for wood, although I understood that I could not reproduce my grandfather's manual skills, especially since progress allowed to automate production. And I started going to exhibitions and conferences to buy and learn new machines.
The production itself began with window frames with windows, which were required due to gasification of the village. He first worked alone, later hired a man. Currently, 10 people work in the production and the arsenal of machines is constantly replenished. Recent acquisitions include CNC milling and turning. There is a desire to develop and scale, but for this we need to build and develop the village so that people want to come here, live and work. Increasing production capacity will help the village to develop even more. It is important for me that the business grows and develops because it is my duty to my ancestors and descendants.
My global mission: I do my best to ensure that people in the village have jobs and earn a decent living, that the community lives, that young people come here and that they want to live in this picturesque land where I and my family live.
